1. Turn pumpkin on its side and with a sharp knife cut in half crosswise. You do not need to scoop out the seeds. 2. Place the pumpkin halves face down on foil lined baking sheets and bake at 450 degrees for 45 to 50 min. 3. Remove from oven and let cool. remove the seeds then scoop out the flesh. 4. Place in a food processor, puree and freeze for future use.
