Peanut Butter Layer Cake

- Peanut butter Frosting:
- 1/2 C butter softened
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C peanut butter chips melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1 C peanut butter chips melted
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 C confectioners' sugar
- 2-3 TBS milk
Baked Cake Donuts

This is the original donut recipe I got to make donuts in the non stick donut pan
- 2 C flour
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 C milk
- 1 TBS. butter melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs beaten
Apple Fritters

- 1 C milk
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 4 TBS. margarine
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 orange, rind and juice
- 1 C apples (chopped but not too fine)
- 3 C cake flour 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Royal Macadamia Raspberry Pie

Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and beat on low speed until creamy
- Crisco Pie Crust:
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups Pillsbury All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Crisco®
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 3 3 tbsp butter (chilled)
- 3-4 3-4 3-4 tbsp ice water
- 2 2 2 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts
- Glaze:
- 1 1 1 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 cup water
- Pinch Pinch of salt
- 1 3oz 1 3oz - 3oz box Raspberry Jello®
- 3 3 3 cups raspberries
- to 15 to 20 combine sugar, cornstarch, water and salt over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Boil until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add Jello®, mix well. Set aside and cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 8 8 8 oz Cool Whip®
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Tomato Onion Quiche

- 1 sheet refrig. pie pastry
- 1 C (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 C. sliced sweet onion
- 2 small plum tomatoes, seeded and thinly sliced
- 3 med. fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1/4 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 C. half and half cream
- 1/2 ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Lazy Day Fruit Salad

- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 large can fruit cocktail (drained)
- 2 small cans mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 small package of instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8oz) container of whipped topping
- 1/2 C pecans
- 1/2 C coconut (flaked)

Chicken Pesto Club

- 4 slices ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 TBS. prepared pesto
- 1 C ready-to-use grilled chicken brst. strips
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 med. tomato, sliced
- 1 C fresh arugula or baby spinach
- 1 TBS. olive oil
Hazelnut Chip Scones

A friend gave me this recipe I have yet to try it but she said it was worth having, so she shared : )
- Spiced Butter:
- 4 C all-purpose flour
- 3 TBS. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 3/4 C cold butter
- 1 egg separated
- 1 1/2 C refrigerated hazelnut nondairy creamer or half and half cream
- 1 1/2 C semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 3 TBS brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Land of Lakes has cinnamon sugar butter that is really good. Can use this instead of spiced butter.
