Homemade Cadbury Eggs

DIRECTIONS: Put your honey in a small pot over medium low heat
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup all natural dark chocolate chips or chocolate pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 egg white (see an egg free filling option at the bottom of this page if you cannot eat eggs!)
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- egg mold (you can get these at craft stores, party stores, kitchen stores, online, etc.)
- EGG FREE CREME FILLING OPTION:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated for at least 8 hours (or you can use about 2/3 cup pure coconut cream)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 T maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 T arrowroot powder (optional, but it makes the creme a bit thicker and gives it a nice consistency)
- pinch of sea salt
Green Guaco-Chicken Salad

Bring a large pot of water to a bowl
- 4 chicken breast
- 1/4 white onion
- 4 green onions
- 3 stalks celery
- slivered almonds (optional)
- 1 large avocado
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon honey
- sea salt
- pepper
Gingerbread Spice

Mix all the spices in a small bowl
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 Tablespoons allspice
- 1 Tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 Tablespoon cloves
- Pinch of black pepper
Coco-Monkey Smoothie

Blend together
- 1 cup coconut water (fresh or canned)
- 1 frozen banana (green-tipped/under-ripe)
- 1 Tbsp raw organic almond butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut cream concentrate
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4-5 ice cubes
- optional: 1-2Tbsp 100% cocoa powder
Eggless Eggnog Cookies (Paleo)

For the cookies Preheat your oven to 350ºF
- COOKIES:
- 2 c almond flour
- 1/3 c coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c canned, full fat coconut milk
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t grated nutmeg
- ICING:
- 1/2 c canned, full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 c palm shortening, melted
- 2-3 T powdered or liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/2 t grated nutmeg
