Italian Seasoning Mix

Place all herbs in a jar and shake we
- 1/2 cup Basil leaf
- 1/2 cup Marjoram Leaf
- 1/2 cup Oregano leaf
- 1/4 cup cut and sifted Rosemary Leaf
- 1/4 cup Thyme Leaf
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder (optional, especially if you cook with fresh garlic)
Salsa

1. Put one red pepper and one small red onion, cut up, in a food processor
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/3 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes (drained)
- 3/4 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lime
Crock Pot Taco Soup

Mix all the seasonings together (chili powder through crushed red pepper flakes on the list of ingredients)
- 1 quart high quality bone broth
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1 onion, small diced
- small dab tallow or coconut oil
- 14 oz chopped tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 jalapeño, minced (optional)
- 2 carrots, small dice
- 2 celery stalks, small dice
- 2 cups kale or spinach, chopped small (frozen okay)
- Optional: 1 cup corn (frozen okay)
- 1 can drained black olives (optional)
- any additional vegetables chopped small
- 1 T chili powder
- 2 t cumin
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
- Toppings: cilantro, green onions, avocado

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies (Paleo)

- 1 c almond butter, freshly ground from the bulk section or homemade, but most definitely not jarred

- 1/4 c cocoa powder
- 1/4 c chocolate chips (highest % cocoa, but NOT baking chocolate (bleh))
- 2 t vanilla extract
