Simple Swordfish Bake

Rub both sides and edges of fish with dressing
- 1/3 cup Italian Salad dressing
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 pound swordfish steak, one inch thick; rinsed and patted dry
Roasted Lobster Tails

Preheat oven to 450°F. Divide lobster tails in half by splitting them down the middle
- 4 6 - 8 ounces each lobster tails; thawed
- 2 tablespoon Wegmans basting oil

Couscous with Olives and Roasted Tomatoes

Rub a Dub Chicken

- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar

- 2 sticks Butter; softened
- 2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans; chopped
Hip Steak (Sirloin)

- 4 6 ounce salmon fillet
- 2 scallions; thinly sliced
Marinated London Broil

- 1/4 cup bourbon or red wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon onion; chopped
- 2 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon garlic; minced
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

- 1-1/2 pound top round London broil; about 1-1/2 inch thick
