Roasted Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 4 6 - 8 ounces each lobster tails; thawed
  • 2 tablespoon Wegmans basting oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Step 1


Preheat oven to 450°F.

Divide lobster tails in half by splitting them down the middle. Loosen meat
from tail, letting it remain in the shell. Drizzle lobster meat with
basting oil; season with salt and pepper. Place shell side down on baking
sheet.

Bake 10 - 12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
