Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bourbon or red wine
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon onion; chopped
  • 2 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic; minced
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1-1/2 pound top round London broil; about 1-1/2 inch thick

Preparation

Step 1

Marinade:
Combine all ingredients in gallon ziptop bag. Add beef, seal, and turn to
coat. Refrigerate 6 to 24 hours.

Heat grill. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Pat beef dry.

Grill, turning once, 12 minutes for medium rare. Remove to cutting board;
let rest 10 minutes. Slice against the grain.
