Cook spaghetti to pkg directions
- 8 oz. of spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 4 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 pks ( 10 oz ) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 1 lg can of Durkee French fried onion rings, divided

How You Make It: Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
- 1 lb beef mince
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3 coves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp salt

1. Prepare the crust; Pulse the flour, baking powder and salt in a food processor until combined
