  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Agave Nectar or 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • (Chocolate Chips are a great option to add)

  • 1 tablespoon Red Boat fish sauce

  • Fines herbes (optional)
  • (*in place of the alliums, you can sub in 3 tablespoons of Penzeys Spices’ Sunny Paris seasoning)

  • 1 zucchini, sliced thin

  • 1/2 tablespoon curry powder (or more to taste)
