Gluten-Free Date & Walnut Bars

You don't have to skip out on flavor and deliciousness if you are going gluten free! Try these delicious and health
- 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix with a large spoon until well combined
- 2 medium kohlrabi (200g each), peeled and diced
- 2 chayotes, diced
- 1 red delicious apple, peel on, diced
- 1 granny smith apple, peel on, diced
- 250 g daikon radish, diced
- 200 g broccoli, florets only, chopped
- 1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon thyme, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

- Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil*
- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Southwest grill seasoning*
- 1 (16-ounce) jar mild fire-roasted salsa
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth*
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables*
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 to 3 cups restaurant-style tortilla chips*
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese*

Preheat your oven to 350ºF
- 1 lb fresh chorizo or breakfast sausage
- 8 eggs
- 3 small yukon gold potatoes or 1 medium sweet potato, cubed
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 4 oz shredded raw cheese, (optional)

- 3 cups (720 ml) water
- 1 1/2 lemons, peeled, halved, seeded
- 1/4 cup (50 g) sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 cup (20 g) fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes

- 1 cup (8 oz) of (leftover) chili (any ground meat will suffice)

- 1 English cucumber, diced

- Handful of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of flat leaf Italian parsley, diced
- Lots of olive oil
- Splash of balsamic
- Squirt of spicy brown mustard
- Lots of black pepper
- A bit of sea salt
