- 2 medium Hass avocados, pitted and sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped

- 1 small clove garlic, chopped

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil
- 2 Tablespoons EVOO
- 2 Tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 3 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless & cut into thin strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- One 14-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup gf Chicken Stock
- 2 teaspoons Thai green curry paste (or more to taste)
- 1/3 cup basil, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 3 green onions, cut into 1 inch lengths

- 9 Eggs, whisked
- 4 Slices/Bacon
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded/rotisserie
- 1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- Mushrooms, Small handful, chopped
- Broccoli, 1 stalk w/florets, chopped
- Grape tomatoes, quartered
- Coconut Oil
- Pasta sauce, Verde Salsa, or Salsa
Soup: (Paleo) Tomato Basil Soup

In a large pan fry onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes, or until onion has softened
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 medium sized carrot, diceds
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 400 g can diced tomatoes or 1½ cup freshly diced tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 ½ cup fresh basil, roughly chopped

Place the onion, fresh ginger, garlic, and water in a blender or food processor
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped (2 Tbsp.)
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 14-oz. can unsweetened lite coconut milk or unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 1/2 lb. cubed, cooked chicken(4 cups)
- 3 cups cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, and/or red sweet pepper chunks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 3 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro or basil
- Leftover mashed potatoes, warmed, or hot cooked rice
- Chopped cashews (optional)
- chutney, Indian pickles, and/or raita optional)

CrockPot: Chick: Chicken w/ 40 Cloves of Garlic

Directions: Cut bacon into inch wide chunks
- Ingredients:
- 3 lbs of chicken (this could be a whole butchered chicken, a chicken you butcher yourself, breasts only, etc.)
- 5 heads of garlic (yes, the ENTIRE head)
- 1 lb bacon
- white wine or chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme

- 2 1/2 pounds pastured lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
