Raw Vegan Spicy Vegetable Green Smoothie

Put all of the ingredients in your blender (I use a Vitamix) and puree until smooth and creamy
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (about 6 leaves) or baby spinach
- 1 cups tomato (about 1 tomato)
- 1 cup coconut water or filtered water (use water if on Body Ecology)
- 1 cup chopped carrot (about 1 carrot)
- 1 whole cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 whole lime peeled
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- pinch of cayenne pepper (omit if alkaline)
- some ice cubes

- 2 small onions, thinly sliced
- 6 cloves of garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1/2 pound baby carrots
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 pounds of pork shoulder, cut into 1.5 inch cubes or a 4 pound bone-in pork shoulder roast
- 1 tablespoon Sunny Paris seasoning (or your favorite seasoning blend)
- 1 tablespoon Red Boat Fish sauce
- 1 small cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 cup Rao’s marinara sauce (or any other Paleo-friendly marinara sauce)
- 1 tablespoon of aged balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley (optional)

Directions: In a large mixing bowl, use your hands to mix all the ingredients for the burger patties

- Burger patty:
- 400 g turkey mince
- 450 g chicken mince
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 egg
- (cabbage or lettuce leaves to serve)
- Tricolor salsa:
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 x 1/2 coloured peppers (I used orange, red and yellow)
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Guacamole:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 lemon
W30: Asian-ish Chicken Salad Wrap

Directions: Add coconut oil to your pan, and cook chicken thoroughly
- 1-1/2 lb. chicken breast, cleaned and pounded thin
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil (or your choice of cooking fat)
- 1/4 cup homemade mayo (or add to taste)
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped fine
- 3-4 celery sticks, diced into small cubes
- 1 can mandarin oranges*, diced into cubes
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Pure Wraps from Improv’eat
