W30/D: Creamy Coconut Shrimp 'Pasta'

Add cauliflower, water and pure coconut water to a medium saucepan
- INGREDIENTS
- 600 g cauliflower, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup pure coconut water
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan or fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 225 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, very finely chopped
- 300 g cooked shrimp (size 71-90)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- the juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 2 large zucchinis, peel on, stringed (or julienned)

Preheat oven to 300F.Cook onion and garlic in a pan until soft
- Bowl:
- 2 +lb of grass-fed beef mince
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 glove of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp sweet paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
- Mixed Greens
- Onion
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Fried Egg
- Bacon

Preheat your oven to 350ºF
- 1 lb kale, cleaned and torn into bite size pieces
- 2 T fat of choice (we used butter)
- 8 oz mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 c raw cream
- 1/2 yellow onion finely sliced (mandoline)

1. Heat agave syrup gently over stove until warm (do not allow to boil)

- 1/2 cup (approx. 12) sulfate-free dried apricots, or dates
