  • Sausage N’ Cabbage “Noodles”
  • 1 1 1 lb mild Italian pork sausage or other ground meat of your choice

  • to ground black pepper and sea salt to taste
  • FRIED APPLES
  • 3-4 3-4 3 small organic apples, thinly sliced (about 3 cups)

  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons canned full fat coconut milk

  • 3/4 cup celery, thinly sliced (about 4 celery hearts or 2 long stalks)
  • 1 (8-ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained and julienned
  • 2 cups shiitake mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed and thinly sliced (about 6 ounces)
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon cooking sherry

  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • “Wing” Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee
  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup hot sauce
