- 2 ) 3 teaspoons garlic Edit Delete

- 4 ) 8 ounces grated parmesan cheese Edit Delete
- 5 ) 1/2 gallon half-and-half cream
Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese (Molly White)

In large pan cook macaroni, drain and set aside
- 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni
- 1 cup butter
- 5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, reserve 1 cup (shredded )
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Polka Dot Sandwich (Braden Pollard)

SPREAD bread with cream cheese spread
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread
- 9 slices banana (about 1/2 of medium banana)
- 1 Tbsp. raisins
Italian Coffee Cake (Terry Suhre)

Pour batter in 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top
- To rest of mixture add:
- 2 sticks butter
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Mix this all together and take out 1 cup of mixture for top of cake.
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk with 1 tsp baking soda
Bacon Wrapped Grilled Corn on the Cob

Gently pull back the husk exposing the corn
- 8 ears corn
- 1 pound bacon
STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS (Tammy)

SPINACH AND CHEESE STUFFING 1/4 C
- 6 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- Thyme, to rub flesh
- Salt, to rub flesh
- olive oil, to rub skin
- Spinach and Cheese Stuffing
- Loosen the skin of each breasts by running a finger between the flesh and the skin along the long side, leaving the skin
- attached on the other side of the chicken breast
- Rub thyme and salt into the flesh. Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil onto the skin of each breast. Carefully fill each pocket
- between skin and flesh with 3 ounces of Spinach and Cheese Stuffing.
- Place stuffed breasts skin side up in an oiled baking dish (dish should be large enough to just accomodate the chicken),
- and bake at 375* until skin turns golden brown, about 25 minutes.
- To serve, cut the breasts into 1/2 inch wide slices and arrange in a layered manner on the dinner plate. Drizzle with the
- Yogurt Tomato Sauce or serve sauce on the side in a ramekin.
Kerry's Knock Your Socks Off Rub

Directions Combine all ingredients and rub on meat before grilling or roasting
- 8 parts brown sugar
- 1 to 2 parts Kosher salt (adjust to your liking)
- 1 part garlic powder
- 1 part onion powder
- 1 part chili powder
- 1 part black pepper
