Directions PREHEAT oven to 350° F
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs

- 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cake: Mix the dry ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup black walnuts
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 8oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tablepoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup black walnuts
Impossible Taco Pie ( Bobby Tite)

1. Heat oven to 400~. Grease pie plate, 10 1/2x 1 inches
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1 1/4 oz.
- 4 ounces canned chopped green chiles, drained
- 3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Longhorn Cheese, shredded
Easy Teriyaki Chicken Bacon Wraps (Monte Little)

Wrap chicken with bacon and stick a tooth pick through to hold the bacon in place
- 1 lb chicken, cut into small cubes
- 1 pkg of bacon, cut slices into thirds
- 1 bottle of teriyaki sauce
- 1 lg can pineapple chunks

- . CAKE:
- 1 ) 1 box white cake mix
- 2 ) 1 package (3.4 oz.) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 3 ) 3 eggs
- 4 ) 1 cup vegetable oil
- 5 ) 1 can (12 oz.) lemon-lime soda
- Heat oven to 350 degrees, spray 9x13 pan. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil and soda on medium-high speed for 4 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl after 2 minutes. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

- 1 ) 4 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 ) 1 cup sugar
- 3 ) 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 ) 4 eggs
- 5 ) 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 6 ) 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 7 ) 1 1/2 cups miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ) 2 ready made graham cracker or chocolate crusts
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Combine sugar and cornstarch; beat into cream cheese. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Add the cream, vanilla and chocolate chips. Pour into pie crusts.

- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
- 4 green onions, sliced
