- 2 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/2 C.)

- 1 container (15 oz.) part skim ricotta cheese
- 2 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/2 C.) 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
