    oz. creamed cottage cheese

  • 16

    oz. cream cheese

  • 4

    eggs

  • 16

    oz. sour cream

  • 1 1/2

    c. sugar

  • List #2:

  • 3

    tbsp. flour

  • 3

    tbsp. cornstarch

  • 1

    tbsp. vanilla

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

In blender whip cottage cheese until smooth. Add softened cream cheese; blend. Add eggs, blending after each. Pour into large bowl. Add sugar; mix. Add 4 ingredients all at once from list #2. Fold in sour cream. Butter spring pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in for 1 hour more. Do not open oven door! Remove from oven and cool then refrigerate. This is the original Italian cheesecake!
