1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 12-oz. pkg. dried jumbo shell macaroni
- 3 large green and/or red sweet peppers, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups chopped red onion
- 1 fresh jalapeño chile pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 16-oz. can refried beans
- 1/2 of a 1.25 oz. envelope taco seasoning mix (3 Tbsp.)
- 2 10-oz. cans enchilada sauce
- 1 8-oz. pkg. shredded Mexican-style four-cheese blend
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cups nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips, crushed (2 oz.)
- Avocado dip and/or sour cream

- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 can chili with or without beans
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Zesty Italian Zucchini Dip Recipe

Directions Place the shredded zucchini in a colander, squeeze out any excess water and set aside
- 3 C. Zucchini, Shredded
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 2 tsp. Dried Parsley, Crushed
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano, Dried
- 2 Tbs. Fresh Parsley, Minced,
- 1 C. Cream Cheese; Softened
- 1/4 C. Romano Cheese; Grated
- 1/2 C. Yellow Onion
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbs. Milk
Strawberry Spinach Salad

Directions Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl, set aside

- Salad
- 1 pt. strawberries, sliced
- 9 C. fresh spinach
- 1 Tbs. sliced green onion
- 1/2 C. toasted almond slices
- 1/4 C. salad oil
- 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. Worchestershire sauce

In a large bowl, combine cake mix and 3 cups flour; stir to mix thoroughly
- 1 18 ounce french vanilla or butter recipe cake mix
- 5 1/2 cups flour, divided
- 2 packages dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups warm water, divided
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 4 sticks butter, melted
- 2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 (16oz) bag pecan pieces ( maybe less)
- 4 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cups white sugar
- 1 stick melted butter (use to spread on dough with cinnamon and sugar)
Saucy Chili-Orange Pork Back Ribs (Keith Tite)

- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

- 2 teaspoons brown sugar, firmly packed
