Brown burger put into crock pot
- 1 LB Burger
- 1 LB Bacon
- 1 1/2 LB Beef Strips
- 11 OZ Chorizo
- 1 Onion-Chopped
- 1 Jalapeno-Chopped
- 5 Cloves Garlic-Chopped
- 15 OZ Tomato Sauce
- 28 OZ Crushed Tomatoes
- 60 OZ Chili Beans
- 3 TB Worcestershire
- 1 TSP Crushed Red Peppers
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 C Water
- 2 TB Chili Powder
A Twist on Pasta Salad

Directions Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse under cold water
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked tri-color spiral pasta
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 large sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
CURRY CHICKEN AND CAULIFLOWER RICE

Mix the ginger root, garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne, cardamom, cloves, sea salt and black pepper in a large bowl
- Curry Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbs ginger root, finely minced or grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 large (10"-12") zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 Tbs coconut oil
- 1 (403 mL) can unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 4 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- Curry Cauliflower Rice:
- 1 medium sized head of cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp ground curry powder
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- dash of cayenne pepper
- sea salt and ground black pepper
- 1 Tbs coconut or olive oil
BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Brown sausage, drain. Layer bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch well-greased baking pan
- 1 1/2 pounds sausage
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 ounces mushroom pieces, drained
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
Buffalo Turkey Burgers w/Blue Cheese Broccoli Slaw

In a medium bowl combine broccoli slaw and skinny blue cheese dressing
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli slaw
- 1/4 cup skinny blue cheese dressing
- 1.25 lbs 93% lean ground turkey
- 2/3 cup grated carrots (grate in food processor)
- 1/4 cup seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp red onion, grated
- 1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce
- salt and fresh pepper
- oil spray
- 5 slices reduced fat cheddar
- 5 whole wheat burger buns (I used Martin's 100 calorie Potato Whole Wheat Buns)
Roasted Pepper BBQ Sauce

-Roast peppers, remove stems, then blend on High for 2 mins with water, juice, and vinegar
- 1/4 C Water
- 1/2 C White Grape Juice
- 1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Anaheim Peppers
- 1 C Ketchup
- 7/8 C Brown Sugar
- 1 TB Garlic Powder
- 1 TB Chili Powder
- 1 TB Paprika
- 2 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Old Bay
Cherry BBQ Sauce

- Mix all together in a medium saucepan - Bring to boil and let boil for about 3 mins or until cherries are soft
- 1 lb Cherries - halved and pitted
- 4 oz Water
- 4 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 oz Molasses
- 1 1/2 oz Brown Sugar
- 1 oz Raspberry Jam
- 1 oz All-Purpose Flour
- 2/3 oz Onion Powder
- 1/2 oz Ground Cumin
- 1/2 oz Chili Powder
- 1/2 oz Paprika
- 1/2 oz Garlic Powder
- 1/2 oz Smoky Sweet Red Pepper
- 1/3 oz Vegetable Oil

- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon-sized knob of ginger, grated
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
