- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (28 ounce) package coleslaw mix
Tater Salad

Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover with 1 ½ inches of water
- 2 pounds small yellow, red, or white potatoes
- 1 tablespoon apple cider, wine, or rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, try homemade mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, substitute Dijon or whole grain mustard
- 3 celery stalks, finely chopped, about 1/2 cup
- 1 medium dill pickle, finely chopped, about 1/3 cup, try homemade pickles
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped, optional
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs like parsley, dill, chives, tarragon, or cilantro
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Hot-and-Crunchy Chicken Cones

In a saucepan, combine the mango, jalapeños, vinegar, sugar, water and shallot

- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 2 large jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 7 cups shredded coleslaw mix
- CHICKEN CONES
- 3 cups cornflakes
- 6 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 6 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- All-purpose flour, for dredging
- Six 5-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, sliced lengthwise 1 inch thick

Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C)
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 cups diced rhubarb
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 6 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon white sugar for decoration
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (optional)
- 1 cup white sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 cup butter (optional)
Scalloped Hashbrowns

Mix all and bake for 1 hour @ 375 degrees
- 2 pkg Frozen Hashbrowns
- 1 pkg Frozen Onions
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 c Sour Cream
- 2 c Cheddar Cheese – Shredded
- 1 cube Butter – melted

- 3 romaine hearts
