Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cherries - halved and pitted
  • 4 oz Water
  • 4 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 oz Molasses
  • 1 1/2 oz Brown Sugar
  • 1 oz Raspberry Jam
  • 1 oz All-Purpose Flour
  • 2/3 oz Onion Powder
  • 1/2 oz Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 oz Chili Powder
  • 1/2 oz Paprika
  • 1/2 oz Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 oz Smoky Sweet Red Pepper
  • 1/3 oz Vegetable Oil

Preparation

Step 1

- Mix all together in a medium saucepan

- Bring to boil and let boil for about 3 mins or until cherries are soft

- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins

- Remove from heat and blend until smooth

- Strain through a fine mesh strainer

- Refrigerate any unused
