- 1/2 oz Cream Liqueur
- 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Canned Pumpkin

Mac and Cheddar Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli

Place a pot of water on to boil for macaroni
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast tenders, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pound macaroni elbows
- 2 1/2 cups raw broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 cups yellow sharp Cheddar
- 1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
Summer Berry Red Wine Spritzer

In a glass add a few cubes of ice, strawberries, and blueberries
- 2-3 Strawberries (stems removed and cut into half)
- 4-5 Blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- Juice of half a lime
- 2 parts Red Wine
- 1 part Carbonated Soda
- Sprig of mint
Smoky Grilled Chicken

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, liquid smoke, mustard, pepper, and garlic powder
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Neely's BBQ Seasoning

Mix all ingredients. Store in an airtight container
- 1 1/2 Cups Paprika
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 3 3/4 Tbsp Onion Powder
Instant Pot Baked Potato Soup

Add the minced shallots and potatoes to an Instant Pot
- 3 pound bag of potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 large shallot minced (or 3 tablespoons minced onion)
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup real bacon bits heated (optional)
- 1 green onion chopped for garnish (optional)
Slow Cooker White Bean Turkey Chili

Saute garlic. Add ground Turkey into the skillet
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
- 2 Tbs.Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 White Onion, diced
- 4 Cans Navy Beans (15 oz.)
- 1/4 cup fresh Jalapeno Pepper, diced
- 1 Tbs. Cumin
- 1 Tbs. Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Sweet Corn
- 1 Cup Pinot Grigio (or your favorite white wine)
- Vegetable broth
- Oregano
- Top with finely chopped Cilantro

Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs are the quickest and yummiest way to make BBQ-style pork ribs
- RUB:
- 1 (4-pound) rack of baby back pork ribs
- rub (recipe below), or 1/2 cup Neely's BBQ Seasoning or to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instant Pot Corned Beef

Throw corned beef and spice package into pot with the broth and water
- 2.5 lb corned beef
- 1 head of cabbage
- 4-5 carrots cut into chunks
- 1 cup of LOW sodium vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
Instant Pot Pork Shoulder Roast

Set pot to saute. Add olive oil in the pot
- 1 – 2 pounds pork shoulder/pork butt meat
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into large chunks
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 bag baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- A dash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup unsalted chicken stock
- Kosher salt & ground black pepper to taste
- Thickener: 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tablespoons cold water
