Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 zucchinis, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, or more, to taste
Sausage Alfredo

Smoked Sausage Alfredo
- 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally cut into 1/4” slices
- 8 oz. pasta, cooked, drained
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 minced cloves of garlic, 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken

Combine, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika and pepper
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 -4 ounces smoked gouda cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Honey Soy Pork Chops

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry or unsweetened apple juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)

Pasta with Garlic Breadcrumbs

Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided $
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces uncooked linguine
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together, and stir over low heat
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 cup salt
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon cream of tartar (optional for improved elasticity)
- food coloring (liquid, powder, or unsweetened drink mix)

Garlic Baked Shrimp

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) melted butter
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. fresh Italian-leaf parsley, chopped
- half of a lemon (optional)

- 1 stick unsalted butter
- I lemon
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning

- 5 ounces, weight Butter, Melted (1 stick + 1 tbs.)
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/2 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Buffalo Wing Sauce
