Ham & Cheese Sliders

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch pan with aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray; set aside
- one 12-count package Hawaiian sweet rolls, sliced in half (see directions for more details)
- 3/4 pound cooked deli ham, thinly sliced
- 3/4 pound Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcesteshire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
Instant Pot Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Place chopped onion, carrots, broccoli, and chicken broth in the Pot
- 1 pound fresh broccoli chopped
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk or heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbs hot sauce
Slow Cooker Pot Roast w/ Applesauce

Sear the roast in frying pan with small amount of oil
- Small to medium size rump roast
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 individual size serving apple sauce
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small bag sliced carrots
- 2 medium to large size potatoes, cut up
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
Instant Pot Rice Pudding

Instructions Rinse Rice: Add 1 cup rice to inner pot

- 1 (4g) cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- 2 cups (500ml) whole milk
- ⅓ cup (78g) white sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 2 pinches sea or table salt
- 1 large egg , beaten
- Toppings:
- Raisins
- Cinnamon powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 package Cookies n’Creme pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 10 Oreos, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Roasted Ranch Potatoes w/ Bacon

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together, in a large bowl, the ranch dressing, dill, cheese and bacon
- 2 pounds potatoes (unpeeled, washed and cut into chunks)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (bottled, not packet)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping (if desired)
- 1/4 cup crumbled, cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 3 scallions, washed and chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black ground pepper
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instant Pot Broccoli Cheddar Pasta

- 1 pound of pasta
- 4 cups water

- 1 cup frozen broccoli

Tuna Salad Sandwich

- 1 can drained Tuna
- 1 1/2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sweet Relish
- 3/4 tsp Dijon Mustard

Anisette Cookies

- 1 1/2 (4 1/2) cups flour
- 1/2 (1 1/2) cups sugar
- 1/4 (3/4) cups oil
- 1/4 (3/4) cups crisco
