Slow Cooker Chianti-Braised Short Ribs

Directions: Season the short ribs with salt and pepper
- 8 beef short ribs on the bone (4 to 5 pounds)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups chianti wine
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
French Fry Sauce

Tequila Lime Chicken Wings

Prepare the wings: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- (sometimes called agave nectar)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Zucchini Rice

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium or 2 small zucchini, grated (food processor)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- splash of milk, as needed

- 16 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 6 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
- 4 ounces Cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

- 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
- Honey Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves (you can also use tangerine or orange if you don't particularly like apricot)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
