Cook the penne pasta until tender-firm, also known as al dente
- 3/4 pounds Penne Pasta
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Onion (small)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 Oz)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Fresh Parsley, to taste
- Fresh Basil - To Taste
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Balsamic Oven Roasted Green Beans

Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees
- 3/4 lb of green beans, ends trimmed and cut in half
- 2-3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Granulated garlic, to taste
- 2-3 teaspoons of good quality, aged balsamic vinegar
Taco Mac & Cheese

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 1 pound macaroni or shell pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 serving of taco seasoning (or 1 packet of store-bought seasoning mix)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

- fresh dill, enough for 3-4 sprigs for each jar

- 12 cloves fresh garlic - sliced (2 cloves per jar)
- 1/2 tsp per jar coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp per jar yellow mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp per jar peppercorns
- 4 cups distilled white vinegar (5% acidity minimum)
- 4 cups water
- 3 tbsp + 3tsp kosher salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
Sausage Rigatoni Marsala

- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Lb Sweet Italian Sausage or Turkey Sausage
- 2 Sliced Red Bell Peppers
- 2 Sliced Yellow Onions
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Dried Basil
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup Marsala Wine
- 14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes in Juice
