Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

1. Combine 1/4 cup onion, pepper, salt, garlic, and beef
- 1/3 cup grated onion, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, quartered
- 1/3 cup dry red wine
- 1 1/4 cups fat-free, lower-sodium beef broth
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Instant Pot Macaroni & Cheese

Add the macaroni, broth, water, butter and Parmesan to the Instant Pot
- 2 1/2 cups of Cellentani/Cavatappi
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp (1/4 stick) of salted butter
- 1 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
- 8-16 oz (1-2 8 oz bags) of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2-4 oz (1/4-1/2 brick) of cream cheese, diced into cubes and at more of a room temperature (can also use garlic & herb cream cheese)
- 1 tsp of yellow mustard
- 1 tsp of hot sauce
Potato Soup

1.In a 6- to 8-quart stockpot over medium heat, fry bacon until crisp
- 1 pound bacon, roughly chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 4 large Russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 medium red potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- Coarse salt, freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- Optional garnishes: chopped chives, bacon bits, sour cream, shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
Slow Cooker Glazed Cinnamon Apples

Place apples in stoneware and drizzle with lemon juice
- 6 Large Granny Smith Apples (Peeled, Cored, and Cut Into Slices)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 6 Tbsp melted butter
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instant Pot Egg Drop Soup

Add the chicken broth, ground ginger, garlic powder, white pepper, seasoned salt and sesame oil to the Instant Pot
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of white pepper (if you don’t want a little zest to it, leave it out)
- 1 tsp of seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 3 strands of scallions, divided (2 for the soup, 1 for garnish) and chopped
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric (this really just enhances the color)
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch + 2 tbsp water for slurry
- 2 large eggs + 2 egg whites, beaten
Instant Pot Dijon Dill Chicken

Add the broth and 1/4 cup of the dijon mustard to the Instant Pot and stir until combined
- 2-3 lbs of chicken thighs or breasts, boneless/skinless
- 1/2 stick (4 tbsp) of salted butter
- 2 cups of chicken broth (I used 2 tsp of Chicken Better Than Bouillon + 2 cups of water)
- 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard, divided in half
- Juice of a whole lemon
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch + 1 tbsp of water to form a slurry
- 1/2 cup of fresh dill, chopped/ripped up (use can use more if you wish but using FRESH dill over DRY is a massive and beneficial difference here)

Crack Pork Chops

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless pork chops (about 1/2" thick)
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Pineapple Pepper Meatballs

Pour pineapple chunks with juice into a saucepan
- 1 (13.25 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (3 pound) bag frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
Grilled Rosemary Chicken

- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary (Thyme, Cilantro, or Oregano)
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken
