Brocolli Salad

1.In a small bowl combine mayo, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper
- ◾1 head broccoli, stems removed and florets cut into pieces
- ◾4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (I used Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon)
- ◾1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- ◾1/2 cup raisins
- ◾3/4 cup mayonnaise (I used Spectrum Brand Organic Mayonnaise)
- ◾2 tbsp white vinegar
- ◾1 1/2 tbsp raw honey or coconut nectar
- ◾1/4 cup roasted no salt added sunflower seed kernels
- ◾sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10-ounce) cans roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup flour (all purpose or gluten free blend)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Mexican Rice

1. Add rice, chicken broth and butter into a pot
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of cumin (You can use less if you prefer, I just like the flavor.)
- Salt to taste
Grilled Coconut Corn

•Combine coconut milk, sugar, bay leaf, and salt in small saucepan over medium heat
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tbs. light brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 ears sweet corn, husked or husk stripped back and tied together to form handle
Canning Pepper Rings

Heat the water, vinegar, sugar, and turmeric till boiling
- 4 cups of water
- 4 cups of white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch of turmeric (mainly for color, optional)
- 4 cloves of garlic, cut in half
- pickling salt-1 tsp for each pint
- olive oil-1 tsp for each pint
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

In the crockpot, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, mushrooms, salt and pepper
- 1-2 lbs cube steak, cut into one-inch pieces; or 1-2 lbs stew beef, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup (no substitutes!)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1 14 oz can beef broth
- 8 oz button mushrooms, cleaned and quartered (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Grilled Chicken over Tomato Alfredo Sauce

Marinate chicken according to packet directions
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Adobo
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
- 1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
Instant Pot Pork Loin & Stuffing

Add 2 Tbsp. butter to the Instant Pot and turn to saute
- 4 Tbsp. butter (divided)
- 24 oz. pre-seasoned pork loin
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 6oz box Stove top
- 2 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. flour

- 2 1/2 cups flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
