Instant Pot Lazy Lasagna

Press the saute function and once the pot is hot, add the ground beef, salt, and pepper
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 25oz jar spaghetti sauce of your choice

- 4 cups dry mini lasagna noodles (mafalda noodles)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Mongolian Beef

In a small saucepot, over medium heat, add 2 tsp

- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 pounds flank steak, sliced

Egg-In-Hole Grilled Cheese

- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- Two cans Campbell's French Onion Soup
- 4-6 slices of Texas Toast
