- 4 (28 ounce) cans baked beans, drained
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can cola-flavored carbonated beverage
Malibu Lime Mojito

1.Add fresh mint and lime juice to a pitcher and muddle
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 1 ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup simple syrup (can add up to ½ cup more to taste)
- 5 cups coconut water
- 2 ½ cup Malibu Lime Rum
- Club soda
Instant Pot Ham and Potato Soup

Press the “Saute” button on the Instant Pot, and add the butter, carrot, onion, garlic, and celery to the pot
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup carrots peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 lb cooked ham cubed
- 2 lbs Russet potatoes peeled and cut in 3/4" cubes
- 32 oz vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup organic heavy cream (or milk, or coconut cream)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp thyme
Zucchini Parmesan Crisps

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- 1 cooking spray
- 2 medium zucchini, about 1 pound total
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated (3/4-ounce)
- 1 ⁄4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 ⁄8 tsp salt
- 1 black pepper, freshly ground
Slow Cooker Whole Chicken

Cook chicken on high for 4 to 4½ hours depending on size of chicken and strength of your slow cooker
- 5 lbs Whole chicken
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 3 tbsp Steak seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Foil can be used as a base in place of vegetables
Chicken Noodle Casserole

Cook noodles according to package directions
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 package {16oz.} frozen peas, carrots, beans and corn
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 2 TBSP. Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
