Jell-o Egg Mold

If adding milk, prepare jello first
- Creamy:
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 1 Package (6oz.) Gelatin
- 1 (5 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk
- Plain Jiggler Eggs:
- 1 1/2 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 Package (6oz.) Gelatin
Instant Pot Linguine and Clam Sauce

Add the butter and oil to the Instant Pot
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) of butter
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 large (or 2 small) shallot(s), diced
- 1 tbsp of crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 cups of garlic or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of a dry white wine
- Two 6.5 oz cans of chopped clams with their juices, separated from one another (so dump the clams in a strainer and set aside the clam juice from the clams)
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of dried sweet basil
- 1 tsp of dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 8 oz (half a box) of linguine, with the noodles broken in half
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping if desired
Honey Mustard Cheesy Chicken

Preheat oven to 375. Season chicken breasts with lemon pepper
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- lemon pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Slow Cooker Whole Chicken - Lemon

Your whole chicken and potatoes are ready at the same time with the convenience of a slow cooker
- 1 whole chicken (3-5 lbs)
- 4 cups of potatoes, cut up
- 6 tablespoons butter, divided
- Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary (to taste)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lemon
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Foil
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350º
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups peanut M&Ms
Instant Pot Pulled Pork

Mix the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, ground mustard, and salt together in a bowl
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pork shoulder or pork butt 3- 4 pounds boneless
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups barbecue sauce optional
Canned Apple Pie Filling

Blanch your apple slices for 1 minute and remove with a slotted spoon and keep warm in a covered bowl
- 12 Cups sliced, peeled, and cored apples
- 2 3/4 C granulated sugar
- 3/4 C ClearJel (amazon.com)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp fresh nutmeg
- 1 C cold water
- 3 C unsweetened, natural apple juice (homemade is the best)
- 1/2 C lemon juice
Chicken Salad Wraps

Put cooked chicken in a food processor and pulse a few times to rough chop
- 1 whole roasted chicken shredded (2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- Juice from 1 lemon (about 2-3 Tablespoons)
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
