- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels (or thawed frozen)
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 (11 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
