Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka, well chilled
- 1/3 cup coconut cream, chilled
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 vanilla bean
30-Minute Chili

- 1 pound ground chuck (80% lean)

- 1 pkg (1.25 oz) chili seasoning mix

- 1 can (10 oz) Ro*tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained

1 In large bowl, stir sugar, orange peel and orange juice until sugar is dissolved
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 large orange, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 large red apple, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 large pear, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups champagne or sparkling white grape juice

Maple Apple Chicken in the Slow Cooker

1. Put chicken, apples and onion in the slow cooker
- 1 1/2 – 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
- 3 apples, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Rotisserie Chicken Stir Fry

Shred rotisserie chicken. Heat chicken in pan over medium high heat with 1 tbsp
- 1 pound shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz fresh vegetable mix or frozen stir fry vegetables
- 2 to 4 oz low sodium stir fry sauce
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, mostly drained
- 1 egg, for scrambling

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 part coconut rum

Pea 'n' Peanut Salad Recipe

- 2-1/2 cups frozen peas (about 10 ounces), thawed
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

- 1/4 cup prepared zesty Italian salad dressing
Ultimate Chocolate Bailey's Martini

- One and one half ounce Bailey's Irish cream
- One ounce vodka
- One ounce white chocolate liqueur
- One ounce dark chocolate liqueur
- One ounce crème de cacao
- Two ounces milk or cream
