Real Taco Pie

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 1/2 cups mashed potato flakes (you could also use left over mashed potatoes and omit the butter and milk)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Sour cream, optional
Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake

- One 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
- One 15-ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1 box white cake mix (18 ounces)
- 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) butter

- 1/3 -1/2 cup mashed strawberries

- 1/2 cup coconut-flavored rum

Beat all ingredients in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
Bubble Up Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup diced carrots (I used my food chopper to dice)
- 12 oz cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 2/3 cup frozen peas (can be frozen or thawed)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups jarred chicken gravy (I used Heinz Classic Chicken Gravy)
- 1 (7.5 oz) can of refrigerated biscuit dough, biscuits cut into quarters
- 4 oz (1 cup) shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I used Cabot Seriously Sharp)
Ham 'n' Spuds Salad

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, ham, eggs, olives, celery, green pepper and onion
- 2 cups cubed cooked potatoes
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons minced pimientos
- 1 tablespoon prepared spicy brown or yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- Lettuce leaves, optional
