Bell Pepper Egg-In-A-Hole

In a large cast-iron or nonstick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into four 1 cm-thick rings
- 4 large eggs
- coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 4 slices bread, toasted
Fruit Salad

Dice apples. Cut grapes in half
- 4 Golden Delicious Apples
- 4 Red Delicious Apples
- 2 cups green seedless grapes
- 2 cups red seedless grapes
- 20 ounce can pineapple chunks
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 3 ounce package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
Cinnamon Butter

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup honey (substitute superfine sugar if you don’t like honey)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (you can add more to taste)

Mix together Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk and sour cream
- 1 can fruit cocktail drained (we like chunky tropical) drained, 15 oz.
- 1 can crushed pineapple (small can, 8 oz.)
- 1 can cherry pie filling, 21 oz.
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz.
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 pkg Cool Whip, 8 oz. (thawed)

- 1 1/4 pound · ground round
- 8 oz · Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 packages · crescent rolls
- 1/4 teaspoon · garlic powder
- 1 cup · mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon · salt
- 1 cup · cheddar cheese
Aunt Gert's Macaroni Salad (Paula Dean)

- 16 oz mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Dianas Slow Cooked Spaghetti Sauce

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef or Johnsonville® Mild Ground Italian Sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 small jar Prego Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1 green bell pepper, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Hot cooked spaghetti
Broccoli Casserole
