Chicken & Rice Bake

In 2 qt shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, and paprika
- 1 can Campbell’s Healthy Request Creative Chef Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic & Herbs Recipe Soup
- 1 c – 1 1/3 c water
- ¾ uncooked regular white rice
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Tuna Pasta Salad

Cook the shells according to package directions
- 1 cup small shells
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 TB light mayo
- 1 TB fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 - 6 oz can water packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 TB water (optional)
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Marshmellow Bars

Prepare brownies according to package directions and put in greased 9x13 inch pan
- 1 pkg. brownie mix
- 10.5 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 ½ c chocolate chips
- 2 TB butter
- 1 ½ c Rice Krispies cereal
STIR FRY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI

Stir fry chicken in hot oil in large skillet until browned
- 1 lb chicken breast strips
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 4 c vegetables (broccoli florets, pepper strips, sliced water chestnuts)
- 1 ½ c chick broth
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp ground ginger
- 1 ½ c minute rice
Turkey 'n Stuffing Bake

- 3 cups stuffing
- 1 (6 oz) can French fried onions
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
- 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen green peas, thawed
Crunchy Asian Broccoli Coleslaw

Mix dressing with seasoning packet from one of the soup mix pkgs
- 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 2 pkg (3 oz each) ramen noodle soup mix
- 2 pkg (12 oz each) broccoli slaw
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Planters dry roasted sunflower kernels
- 1/2 cup Planters sliced almonds, toasted
Lasagna

In large bowl mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and oregano
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ tsp oregano
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 4 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 lbs browned hamburger
- 8 oz lasagna noodles (uncooked)
Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix cookie mix, butter, extract, food color, and egg in bowl, until soft dough forms
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
- ¼ - ½ tsp mint extract
- 6 – 8 drops green food color
- 1 egg
- 1 cup crème de menthe baking chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks

Banana Bread-Heart Healthy

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x5 inch or 8x4 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; dust with flour
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 TB canola oil
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
- 1 tsp vanilla
