- 1/3 cup butter,melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- Addtional raspberries
Sausage Bean Stew

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients (except rice)
- 1 pound fully cooked smoked sausage, halved and cut into 1/4 inches
- 2 cans (10 ounces each) diced tomatoes and green chillies undrained
- 1 can (15-1/2ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) lima beans, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Hot cooked rice, optional
Minty Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

In a large bowl, combine 1 cup brown sugar, flour, 3 Tbsp
- 1-3/4 cups packed brown sugar, divided
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons baking cocoa, divided
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoond almond extract
- 1 pkg. (4.67 oz.) mint Andes candles
- 1-3/4 cups boiling water
- Vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and maraschino cherries
Fondue Sauces

Combine all ingredients in each sauce; refrigerate
- Horseradish Sauce:
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 tespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Sauce Remoulade:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 hard-cooked egg, finey chopped
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons snipped parsley
- Hot 'n' Spicy Sauce:
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Apricot Almond Bars

Spoon 10.5 oz. jar of apricot butter evenly over top
- Stir soft butter into flour mixture 'til crumbly, then mix in:
- 1 and 1/2 c. almond flour
- 3/4 c. packed br. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Combine all in large bowl.
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 and 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- Reserve half of mixture, press rest onto bottom of greased 9x13" pan.
Ranch Potatoes

Toss potatoes with dressing, salt and pepper Place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan
- 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
Crab Claw Soup

Pick crabs, keeping claws whole
- Steamed hard crabs, about 1 pound crabmeat
- 2-16 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 1 quart water
- 4 drops Worcestershire Sauce
- Old Bay Seasoning, to taste
- 1 bag of frozen, mixed vegetables
Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix and 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (do not thaw)blueberries
Bread Bowl Appetizer

In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight
- 1-3/4 cups sour cream
- 1-3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 pound deli pastrami, finely chopped
- 1/4 pound deli ham, finely chopped
- 1/4 pound deli corned beef, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons celery seed
- Combine nine ingredients above.
- 1 unsliced round bread (1 pound)
- Crackers and/or raw vegetables
Chocolate Pots De Creme

- 1 egg
- Dash of Salt
