  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Salad:
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz. fresh baby spinach
  • 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
