Reese’s Cupcakes

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Ingredients
- 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 12 Snack Size Reese's, 6 chopped into halves and 6 chopped into small pieces (not minis)
- Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 3 - 4 Tbsp heavy cream
Fruit filled Cream Cake

Directions: Make cake as directed on box
- Ingredients:
- Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix and required ingredients
- **Demarle mold
- **Demarle perforated sheet
- Filling:
- 1 small pkg white chocolate pudding (or flavor of your choice)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 8oz tub of cool whip
- Fruit (fresh or well drained canned/frozen)
Country Fish Chowder Recipe

Directions In a large saucepan, cook onion and bacon over medium heat until onion is tender; drain
- Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 bacon strips, chopped
- 3 cans (12 ounces each) evaporated milk
- 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can (6-1/2 ounces) chopped clams, undrained
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound fish fillets (haddock, cod or flounder), cooked and broken into pieces
- Crumbled cooked bacon, optional
- Minced chives, optional
Buckeye Bark

Instructions Melt chocolate according to package directions

- 1 package candy making chocolate almond bark
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Oreo Ice Cream Pie(Cory)

Spoon remaining topping into crust(warm slightly first) into bottom of crust
- 1/2 Cup hot fudge
- 1 Oreo pie crust
- 1 (8oz) tub cool whip-thawed
- 1 1/4 cups cold milk
- 2 Pks (4 servings size)jell-o ore instant pudding
- Remove 2 tbsp of fudge topping (set aside)
BLT Spread

Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese and pepper in small bowl
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 7 slices (3/4 cup) bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 3 ounces (3/4 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
- Crackers or lahvosh (Armenian cracker bread), broken into serving-size pieces

- 1 box of white cake mix (you DO NOT need the ingredients on the box)
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 C butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C powdered sugar
- 1 C butterscotch chips
BLT Twice-Baked Potatoes Recipe

Directions Preheat oven to 400°
- Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (about 8 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, patted dry and chopped
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, well-drained, reserve juice

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 4 to 6 teaspoons reserved pineapple juice

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 4 large cold eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Topping:
- 4 cups large marshmallows
