  • 2 t Baking Soda

I got this recipe for Chinese Roast Pork from my sister Sharyn

  • 1 1/4 lb Pork Tenderloin slice 3/4"-1" thick
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 T Soy
  • 1 1/2 t Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 t sesame oil
  • 1 T White or Rose wine Vinegar (can also use Mirin sweet rice wine)
  • 1-1 " piece of Ginger peeled/minced
  • 1 1/2 t Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 T Chinese Bean Paste
  • 1 cl garlic
  • 1/4 honey
  • Red Food Coloring (optional)
