Duck Liver Mousse

- 1 lb Chicken liver (or duck)
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/4 c madeira
- 1/2 c whipped butter room temp
Abalone Chowder

- 1 # Bacon
- 1 1/2 Each Yellow onion
- 1/2 Bunch Parsley
- 2 # Diced red potato
- 2 Cup Grated carrot
- 1 to 2 Each Abalone
- 1 1/2 (1qt 14oz can) Clam juice
- 1/2 Can Creamed corn
- 1 Dash Tabasco
- 5 Each Whole bay leaf
- 1 Pint Heavy cream
- 1 Pint Half n' half
- T.T Salt and white pepper
- As needed Corn starch

- 1/2 lb Chicken Livers
- 1/2c flour
- salt, pepper, butter or margarine
- 2/3c mayonnaise
- 1 1/2T worcestershire sauce
Carrot Cake (Kitty Baggot)

Kitty Baggot's recipe for Carrot Cake
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 c veg oil
- 3 c grated carrots
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- Frosting
- 1 stick margerine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 2 t vanilla
Banana Pudding

I'm not a huge pudding fan, but this is a light and wonderful dessert
- Mix together in a small bowl:
- Large Box of Vanilla Pudding
- 1/2 C cold water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 can of Eagle brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Put in fridge to chill
- Beat 2 C of Whipping Cream with 1/2 C of sugar until stiff, set aside
- Cut up 5 bananas & put in a ziplock with 1/3 cup lemon juice
