Honeycrisp Apple Sangria

This apple sangria is so perfect for fall, with flavors of apple and spices like ginger and cinnamon
- 2 apples
- 1 (750-milliliter) bottle un-oaked Chardonnay
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup orange blossom honey
- 2 oranges, 1 quartered
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 lime, quartered
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 quarter-sized slices of fresh ginger
- 3 whole cloves
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice
- Club soda
Unstuffed Peppers

Cook rice according to package directions
- 1 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 medium green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 jar (26 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt-free seasoning blend
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
OREO-Cherry Cookie Balls

MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (15.5 oz.) OREO Cookies, finely crushed
- 40 maraschino cherries, patted dry
- 2 pkg. (6 squares each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
- 8 drops red food coloring
- 2 tsp. red colored sugar
Butter Pecan Cupcakes

Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cupcakes:
- 2 2/3 cups chopped pecans
- 1 1/4 cups softened butter, divided
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- Butter Pecan Frosting
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 8 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Rolo Cake Mix Bars

Preheat oven to 350° Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
- 1 box (18.25 oz) yellow, vanilla or white cake mix ( I used Duncan Hines), dry
- 5 oz evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 40 Rolo Candies, unwrapped and cut in half
Garlicy Mashed Potato Cakes

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes, until garlic is fragrant; cool
- 1 c leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp butter
- 1-2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz Neufchatel cheese, room temperature
- 1 large egg white
- 2 TB minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 6 TB all-purpose flour
- Oil, for shallow frying (I used an equal mixture of butter and canola oil)

- 1 package (1.75-ounce) powdered pectin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 cups granulated sugar
Crescent Pepperoni Roll Ups

Preheat oven to 375. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 40 slices turkey pepperoni
- 4 pieces of mozzarella string cheese, cut in half

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Place the onion, chili beans, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, and diced tomatoes in a slow cooker
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 3 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
- crushed tortilla chips (optional)
Orange Juice Cake
