HEAT oven to 325°F. MIX crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter
- 2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1-1/4 cups sugar, divided
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Zest and juice from 1 lemon
- 4 eggs
Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins

Preheat oven to 425° F
- Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup White Chocolate Raspberry International Delight Creamer
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 cups fresh red raspberries
- 1/2 to 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons melted butter

- 1 cup graham crackers or pecans, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 cup toffee bits, optional
Coconut Cookie Dough Boatmeal

Preheat oven to 380 degrees
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/8 tsp salt
- sweetener (sugar, stevia, etc)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce or banana
- 4 drops coconut extract (you can omit)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup liquid (milk of choice, water, coconut milk, etc.)
- 1 or 2 tbsp pre-melted butter
- Optional: a handful of chocolate chips (and a few for the top, too!)

Make the base: Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil, extending it over the sides
