Strawberry Chocolate Trifle

Preparation Instructions Macerate the strawberry quarters with lemon juice and brown sugar
- 2 cups Or More, Strawberries, Cleaned, Trimmed And Quartered
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Chocolate Pound Cake
- 2 Tablespoons Heaping, Strawberry Jam
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Dark Chocolate Bar, For Grating Over
Dulce De Chocolate Cake

To a bowl add the cocoa powder and chopped chocolate
- For the Cake:
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 3 Oz. Dark Chocolate, Chopped
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 11/2 Sticks Butter
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Cups Flour
- 11/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 14 Oz. Can Dulce de Leche
- For the Frosting:
- 1 Stick Butter
- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 4 Oz. Coconut Flakes
Cranberry Sangria

Combine all ingredients and chill at least 4 hours or overnight
- 1 750ml bottle fruity red wine such as Beaujolais or zinfandel
- 4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 orange, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 firm apple, cored, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
Salted Caramel Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Crust
- 2 1/4 cups graham cracker or digestive biscuit crumbs (from about 17 whole graham crackers)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 10 tablespoons (142g) butter, melted
- Filling
- 3 8-ounce packages Philadelphia-brand cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup (225g) sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Glaze
- 2/3 cup dulce de leche
- 2-3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 10 caramel chews
- Fleur de sel*
Angel Cookies

Cover cookie sheet with foil (use new foil for each batch)
- 1 pkg. Angel food cake mix
- 1/2 c. diet strawberry soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
Pineapple and Peach Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 2-quart casserole dish; set aside
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted, plus additional for coating dish
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
- 1 20-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 6 tablespoons juice)
- 1 20-ounce can peach halves in light syrup, drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup rich butter cracker crumbs
Sweet Hawaiian Bread

Place ingredients in bread machine container in order directed by manufacturer
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 teaspoons fast rising yeast or 2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
