Snickerdoodle Blondies

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
Banana Colada Sundaes

In a small saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, orange juice and cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 3 pints vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
Petite Lasagnas

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Heat a large skillet over medium heat
- 12 oz raw ground turkey
- 1/4 tsp salt, divided
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes, or tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tsp dried oregano, divided
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 1/2 cups part skim ricotta cheese
- 24 small square wonton wrappers (the kind near the tofu in the refrigerated section of the produce dept)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Pineapple-Caramel Sponge Cakes

Super easy, 4 mini pre-made sponge cakes are topped with ice cream and a wonderful warm caramel and pineapple sauce
- 1 (8-ounces) can unsweetened DOLE® Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, drained
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 4 individual round sponge cakes
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
Cookies N Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies

1. Preheat oven according to box directions & spray an 8×8 baking dish generously with cooking spray
- 1 box brownie mix (I used Ghirardelli Double Chocolate brownie mix)
- Eggs & oil (as called for by the brownie mix)
- 1 heaping half cup (6 oz) cookies & cream ice cream
- 1/4 cup hot fudge topping (chilled or room temp)
- Double Stuf Oreos
Beef Stuffed Crescents

In a large skillet, cook beef and chilies over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
Oreo Fluff Dip

In a large bowl whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes
- 1 small box white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 small tub cool whip
- 24 oreos, crushed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Cranberry Bliss Bars

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
- 3/4 cup chopped sweetened dried cranberries
- 4 oz. white chocolate, cut into chunks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Frosting
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- Drizzled Icing
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. vegetable shortening
White Chocolate Filled Snickerdoodles

1.Beat the shortening, butter, eggs, and sugar together
- 1/2 cup shortening, I used butter flavored
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- approx 24 white chocolate pieces (like these Hersheys Bliss)
Butterfinger Cheesecake Bites

- 1 c. ground Vanilla Wafers
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 Tbsp. heavy cream, divided
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 6 Fun Size Butterfinger Candy Bars, crushed
- 1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
