Croissant French Toast With Strawberry Syrup

French Toast: Whisk together the milk, eggs and vanilla
- French Toast
- 4-6 large croissants
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- powdered sugar
- whipped cream
- Fresh Strawberry Syrup
- 1 lb fresh strawberries (1 clamshell)
- 1/2 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar
Mini Peanut Butter Nutella Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Ganache:
- 1 cup finely crushed chocolate graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine, melted
- 2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or 1/2 cup nutella or to make half a batch of each, 1/4 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup nutella
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Note: I had a ton of ganache left over. You could easily halve these ingredients.
- 1 (12oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Macaroni & Cheese Pizza Recipe

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions; stir in eggs
- 1 package (7-1/4 ounces) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (8 ounces) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Crockpot Sweet Teriyaki Chicken

Put all of the ingredients but chicken into a pot over medium heat until boiling

- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 an onion, chopped

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F
- Crust
- 1/2 package Oreos (20 Oreos)
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Cheesecake Batter
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 12 mini Twix bars, chopped into small pieces (I use the Fun Sizes Twix Bars)

Preheat the oven to 350F. Peel and core the apples
- For the apples:
- 4 large apples
- 3 Tb butter
- 2 Tb sugar
- For the batter:
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter (she uses oil)
- 3/4 cup hard cider or light beer
- 11/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- Oil for frying (1 to 2 cups)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
