Spinich Strawberry Salad

In large bowl, toss spinach, strawberries, onion, and cheese with dressing
- 6 oz (approx 6 cups) baby spinach leaves
- 1 pint (approx. 16 medium-size) fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered or sliced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3-4 tablespoons raspberry poppy seed dressing*
- 1/2 cup candied pecan pieces**
Italian Doughnuts

Pour equal parts of vegetable oil and olive oil into a large frying pan to reach a depth of 2 inches
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Olive oil, for frying
- 1 pound prepared pizza dough
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Creamy Southwestern Taco Soup

In a large soup pot, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 3/4 ounces onion, chopped, 1/2 cup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 10-ounce cans Ro-tel tomatoes, undrained (tomatoes with green chilies)
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
Irish Banana Cream Pie

s For the crust, pulse Nilla wafers in food processor to make crumbs (see note below)
- For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cup Nilla wafer crumbs (see note)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- For the Filling:
- 1 1/2 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 whole bananas
- 1 box (3.5 oz) Instant French Vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- For the Topping:
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 8 whole Nilla Wafer cookies, for garnish
Peach Mint Green Tea

Bring water just to boiling in a large saucepan
- 2 cups cold water
- 5 green tea bags
- 1-12 ounce can peach nectar
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, slightly crushed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Ice cubes
Oatmeal Cream Pie

Preheat the oven to 350° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Cookie:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- Cream Filling:
- 2 tsp very hot water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon French Toast Casserole

Tear bread into chunks and put in a greased baking dish
- For the Topping:
- 1 loaf of French Bread
- 7 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick of butter, cut into slices
Maple Cookies

In a medium bowl, cream the butter, then gradually add the sugar and continue to beat
- Cookies:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Heavy cream
- Maple Glaze:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Pumpkin Lust Cake

For the crust: 1. Combine butter, flour, chopped pecans and sugar and press into a 9 x 13 in baking dish
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, soft
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 2 small packages (3.4oz) of Jello Instant Pumpkin Spice Pudding
- 3 cup cold milk
- Nutmeg for sprinkling
Pasta with Greens N Beans

- 8 ounces uncooked spiral pasta
- 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bunch escarole or spinach, trimmed and coarsely chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can white kidney or cannelini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
