Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- Sweet Pink Strawberry Champagne Cupcake Recipe
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® strawberry cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups champagne, (I used a Red Sparkling Wine - Cinzano Brachetto d’Acqui) it will compliment the fruity strawberry flavor.
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites
- Champagne Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 4 cups C&H powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup champagne
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 to 5 drops red food coloring
- Garnish
- Pink decorator sugar crystals
- Edible pink pearls
Granola Cookie Cupcakes

Preparation Instructions 1
- 12 whole Cupcakes, Batter For (use Your Favorite Recipe Or A Box Mix)
- 12 whole Small Round Cookies (that Will Fit In The Bottom Of A Cupcake Liner)
- 6 whole Granola Bars/Clusters
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Margarine
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla
Coffee Filled Banana Bread Stacks

- 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsps. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda

Strawberry Lemonade Scones

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Topping:
- 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour*
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (chilled, not softened), cut into cubes
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 generous tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Dole Pineapple Whips

Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice
- 2 20 ounce cans Dole crushed pineapple with juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
Creamy Hazlenut Espresso Martini

- 1 shot of espresso

Chicken Bacon Pasta

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until done (according to package instructions)
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or less if you don't want the heat)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 pound penne pasta
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 grilled chicken breast, sliced (I marinated the chicken in Lawry's Garlic & Herb marinade

- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb, chopped medium
- 1/2 cup plus 2 T granulated sugar, divided
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 3/4 cup plus 2 T heavy cream
- Coarse sugar, for sprinkling

White Trash Dip

- 1 can chili (15 oz)
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz ea), softened
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. bacon
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
