Baked Fried Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix in a Gallon Size Ziploc or Large Bowl:
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 T Season All
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 tsp. Paprika
Great Grandma’s Pasta Sauce

Yep, this is slow cooked for hours, just like Grandma's homemade pasta sauce
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 6 ounces water
- 1 (24-ounce) jar tomato puree
- 5 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Pinch of dried oregano
- Pinch of onion powder
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Handful of fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
PHILADELPHIA Peaches 'N Cream No-Bake Cheesecake

MIX graham crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan
- 2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Peach Flavor Gelatin
- 2 fresh peaches, chopped
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
Crockpot Chex Mix

1.I used a liner to make clean up easier
- 3 Cups of Rice Chex
- 3 Cups of Corn Chex
- 3 Cups of Chocolate Chex
- 3 Cups of Kix
- 3 Cups of Pretzels
- 1 Can of Cashews
- 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 3/4 th Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Lemon Lime Sugar Cookie Truffles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 batch of sugar cookie dough (I used a store-bought mix, but you can use any recipe you like!)
- zest and juice of 1 large lemon and 1 large lime
- 1 1/2 blocks cream cheese (12 ounces) at room temperature
- 1 package white chocolate candy coating
- colored sprinkles or coarse sugar, for garnish
Crockpot Teriyaki Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- 1 (2-3 pound) pork shoulder butt roast
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce (I prefer Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze sauce)
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple slices, undrained
- Buns
- Optional toppings: provolone cheese slices, jalapenos, red onion slices
Hungarian Beef Goulash

Place beef in a 4-quart or larger slow cooker
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, (such as chuck), trimmed and cubed 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 14-ounce can reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 1/2-2 tablespoons sweet or hot paprika, (or a mixture of the two), preferably Hungarian
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 large or 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Layered Cranberry Sauce

Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl with a mixer until creamy (it should be spreadable)
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, plus more for topping (optional)
- 1 16-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
Pesto Lasagna with Spinach and Mushrooms

- 4 cups torn spinach
- 2 cups sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup commercial pesto
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded provolone cheese
- 1 (15-ounce) carton fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 (25.5-ounce) bottle fat-free tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- Cooking spray
- 1 (8-ounce) package precooked lasagna noodles (12 noodles)
Orange Fluff Jello Salad

Retro Orange Fluff Jello Salad is fun to serve for salad -- or a refreshing dessert
- 1 large package cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 large package orange Jell-o
- 2 cups water
- 1 (16-ounce) Cool Whip, light or fat-free is fine
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (Any size, depending on your preference)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (Any size, depending on your preference)
- 2 bananas, sliced (Optional, put in before serving so they don't turn brown in the fridge)
